Return Policy 

1. Made-to-Order Products

Every Boating Babes item is made just for you when you place your order. Because of this made-to-order process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference. This policy helps us reduce waste and keep our production sustainable.

2. Defective Items Only

We gladly accept returns only if the item is defective—including manufacturing flaws, printing errors, or damage that occurred during shipping.

3. Reporting a Defect

If you believe your item is defective, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Email alex@boatingbabes.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the defect

  • Clear photos showing the issue

4. Return Authorization

Once we review your request, we’ll respond within 3 business days to let you know whether a return is approved. Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for sending the defective item back to us using a trackable shipping method and secure packaging.

6. Resolution Options

After we inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Send a replacement (if available), or

  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible

7. Non-Defective Items

All non-defective sales are FINAL due to our made-to-order production process.
